Unlike many local contractors who exclusively use subcontractors on their projects, Brandywine Developers uses a combination of full-time employees and subcontractors. Our full-time employees handle the critical phases of construction like framing the house. A properly framed house provides a distinct advantage in overall quality of construction and on-time delivery.

Brandywine Developers began building single family homes in Avalon and Stone Harbor early in 1998. Since that time, we have established ourselves as one of Seven Mile Island's premier builders.
